How Consent Is Collected

Missed Call Rescue sends automated text messages on behalf of HVAC businesses that use our platform. When you call an HVAC business that uses Missed Call Rescue and your call goes unanswered, you will receive an automated text message from that business's phone number within 60 seconds.

By calling an HVAC business that uses Missed Call Rescue, you provide implicit consent to receive a single automated text message in response to your unanswered call. This message is sent solely to help you connect with the business you were trying to reach and schedule your service appointment.

Who sends these messages? Messages are sent by or on behalf of the HVAC business you called — not by Missed Call Rescue directly. The business name and local phone number will appear in your messages.

What Messages You'll Receive

If your call goes unanswered, you may receive a short automated conversation to help the business prioritize your service request. Messages may include questions about:

All messages are directly related to the service appointment you initiated by calling the business. You will not receive promotional offers, marketing campaigns, or messages from unrelated businesses.

3

Message Frequency

You will receive approximately 3–5 text messages per interaction when a missed call is detected. This covers the initial outreach, qualification questions, and booking confirmation.

Messages are only sent in direct response to an unanswered call you placed. No recurring messages are sent after your interaction is complete unless you initiate further contact.

4

Opt-Out Instructions

You can stop receiving messages at any time:

STOP

Standard opt-out commands also accepted: CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, END, and STOP ALL are all recognized and will result in immediate opt-out.

5

Carrier Disclosures

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability and coverage area.

Missed Call Rescue uses A2P 10DLC (Application-to-Person 10-Digit Long Code) messaging, registered with U.S. mobile carriers in compliance with carrier requirements and CTIA guidelines.
